Batchwood Golf & Sports Centre, St Albans
Following the success of our first collaboration, Padel Stars re-engaged us to deliver a new facility at Batchwood Golf & Sports Centre, St Albans. The initial phase involved installing two temporary courts, which quickly gained popularity. We were later invited back to relocate the existing courts and add an additional temporary court, all of which were covered with protective canopies for year-round play.
The installation required precision crane work to lift courts over existing buildings. Navigating through a narrow car park and around on-site obstacles, we executed this complex task safely and without disruption—showcasing our ability to manage challenging logistics.
Key Features and Results
The finished facility combines functionality with a high-quality, contemporary design. The covered courts offer an all-weather solution that has significantly enhanced the centre’s appeal and attracted high player turnout.
